Reigning Cleveland Culinary Deity, Michael Symon has been nominated for a James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef in the Great Lakes region. He’s up against three chefs from Chicago and one from Michigan. This is huge deal, folks. Lightweights, interlopers and has-beens-that-will-never-be don’t make the list.
